Dropout Media (“Dropout Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates digital advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients, including through the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the “Scott’s Agent – Dropout Media” application (the “App”) and our advertising services.

What the App does
The App connects to the Meta Marketing API to create, manage, and report on advertising campaigns within ad accounts and Pages that our clients have authorized us to manage. The App is used solely by Dropout Media’s internal team and automated tooling; it is not a consumer-facing product and has no public user sign-ups.
Information we access
Through the Meta Marketing API, the App accesses:
- Ad account data (campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, and performance metrics);
- Page and content data needed to create and publish ads (for example, Page posts and creative assets);
- Aggregated advertising performance and audience insights provided by Meta.
The App does not collect names, email addresses, payment details, or other personal information from the general public. We do not build or sell profiles of individuals, and we do not use the data for any purpose other than operating and reporting on our clients’ advertising.
How we use information
We use the information solely to plan, create, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns for our clients, and to maintain and secure our tooling.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- with the client who owns the relevant ad account or Page;
- with Meta, as required to operate campaigns through its platform;
- as required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain campaign and performance data only as long as needed to provide and report on our services, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared.
