Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We also don’t offer refunds on already completed services. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and ask for the best method of refunding. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at matt@dropoutmedia.net.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Further Terms:

If you are a jerk to our team, we’re not going to refund you. This rarely happens, don’t worry about it. But we don’t tolerate bullies. Sorry. We will work in good faith with you of course, but that goes both ways. If you’re being a bully or not acting in good faith we reserve the right to suspend service. This happens in less than 1% of cases, but y’know – its the minority that makes terms like these necessary. We’re genuinely stoked to help you out!
