Dropout Media operates advertising campaigns through the Meta Marketing API using the “Scott’s Agent – Dropout Media” application (the “App”). This page explains how to request deletion of data handled by the App.
What data the App holds
The App accesses ad account, Page, and campaign-performance data belonging to clients who have authorized Dropout Media to manage their advertising. The App does not collect personal information (such as names, emails, or payment details) from the general public.
How to request deletion
If you are a client, or you believe we hold data relating to you in connection with the App, email privacy@dropoutmedia.net with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include enough detail for us to identify the relevant ad account or Page.
We will confirm receipt and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law or by Meta’s platform requirements.
Revoking access
Clients can also revoke the App’s access at any time from their Meta Business Settings (Business Settings → Integrations / Connected apps, or System Users), which immediately stops all further data access by the App.
